Pamela Sullivan - Treasurer

Pamela Sullivan - Treasurer

Owner since 2015. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, concentration in finance, with a minor in foreign languages.  I am a Certified Treasury Professional.  I have been employed Virtusa Corporation, a $2B global IT services provider, for over 20 years.  I’ve held my current position, Vice President and Treasurer with the company since 2017 and prior to that I was the North America Controller.  The company went public in 2007 and then was taken private in 2021 providing me with various challenges throughout my career.  My experience goes beyond a traditional finance role and extends to contract negotiations, executive reporting, auditing, and ensuring a strong control environment.  In addition, I handle the global corporate insurance policies which include Property & Casualty, Directors & Officers, Automobile, Technology Errors and Omissions, Cyber, Worker’s Compensation, Employer’s Practices, Fiduciary, Property, Plant & Equipment, Crime and extensive foreign policies.

Given that Virtusa is a global community, most employees in India and Sri Lanka and with offices around the world, I have had the opportunity to travel many times over the years to Asia and Europe.  In doing so, I have been exposed to many various cultures and backgrounds and have worked with teams in many geographies.  This exposure has helped me learn and appreciate a lot about other cultures and other people in general.  I am the only person in the Treasury team that is in the US, everyone else on the team sits in either Asia or Europe.  It has certainly widened my horizons.  I enjoy working with many different people and I look forward to working with the current and future members of our Fiddler’s Cove community.

I have two grown children, my son Sean is a licensed electrician and is getting married in October.  My daughter, Jacquie got married in 2022, is an esthetician and the mother of my adorable 2 year old grandson, Daemon.   We have been owners at Fiddlers Cove for 10 years and we all love the complex, the community, the pickleball, the beach, the fishing and the island.  I’m excited about being an active member of the board for the community and hope to be able to make meaningful contributions to the operation and outcomes of the community.
